Prepare breakfast in a completely equipped kitchen and enjoy it either in the dining room or on one the terraces overlooking the ocean. Casa Margarita is on the best part of the beach in Puerto Morelos. Located next door to the north of Casita Blanca, Casa Margarita is only a short 10 minute walk to the town square. The square consists of many amazing restaurants, souvenir shops, coffee shops, a small grocery, a Catholic church, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a park area in the center for children. You can´t beat the friendly, laid-back atmosphere of Puerto Morelos.
We can help arrange your transportation to and from the airport which is only 20 minutes away. Cancun is 30 minutes away and it is 25 minutes to Playa del Carmen.
Casa Margarita's beautiful infinity pool boasts a tanning ledge (shallow area for pool loungers or a shallow area for small children), a built-in bar table and stools with massaging back jets, 5 lighted laminar jets that arc above the pool, and 3 waterfalls.
Casa Margarita has over 3000 square feet of outdoor living space which includes a large patio off of the living room, a second story balcony, and a rooftop terrace with palapa. A huge stone gas grill and sink are right off the pool deck area downstairs.
Inside of the 5000 square foot Casa Margarita are five spacious bedrooms. Two are master suites - both with king beds - one upstairs and one downstairs. There is also a pull-out double bed in the tv room downstairs. Upstairs are four bedrooms - a king, a queen which also has a single bed in the room, the king master, and the newly built 5th bedroom. Inside this huge room are a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, DVD, and hot/cold water dispenser. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. The high ceilings give Casa Margarita an even greater open and spacious feeling.
A very large living area looks out onto the pool deck and overlooks the ocean. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, granite countertops, a water cooler, and all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Two full-sized refrigerators in the kitchen gives a big group plenty of space for food and drinks.
A 55-inch LG LED tv with DVD player that gets American channels (DISH) is in the living area. Parents will enjoy the separate downstairs tv room for the kids that contains a DVD player and a wide variety of DVDs.
Washer and dryer - along with an iron and ironing board - are in the home for your added convenience.
A Kid Box is in the upstairs closet. This huge tub is packed full of books, puzzles, dry erase boards/markers, crayons, construction paper, scissors, games, etc. for kids of every age. We also furnish a stroller, pack-n-play, and high chair if needed.
Casa Margarita has an abundance of beach toys for the kids. For your pleasure, a two-man kayak complete with life jackets and four bicycles are also provided.
Caretakers Adrian and Reyna cater to your every need. Reyna will clean twice through your stay and Adrian ensures that the grounds are a tropical paradise. Roberto and Selene, the property managers, are always there to make sure that this vacation will be your best ever!

About Meta
The owners live in a suburb of Dallas, Texas and have traveled Mexico throughout the last 25 years. Meta works as an instructional coach for a local school district and Jerry owns a glass business in the DFW area. We have two sons, Brett, 30 and Bradley, 29.

Why This Property?
We decided to forego the all-inclusive experience in July 2010 and rent a condo at Casita Blanca. We fell in love with the quaint beach town of Puerto Morelos. Before we left, we purchased Casa del Sol directly to the north - next door. When Casa Margarita became available, we knew that this fabulous property -right next door to Casa del Sol - was too amazing to pass up!
