Although there are no air conditioners, there are fans in every room for your comfort. Sliding glass doors open the full length of the terrace and overlook the lake, making it feel you are outside in the garden. There are also fans on the front terrace.
Renter is responsible for maid fee of P$225 for 4 hours of weekly cleaning (about US$15) .
The club house ( 2 minute walk from house) has many amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym, ping ball table and library. Socials are on Friday nights when the bar is open. This development has a resort like atmosphere. There are exercise programs on 2-3 mornings a week

Beautiful house in vibrant community

This was a very gorgeous and comfortable house. It was very spacious with a very large terrace overlooking the lake and a more private terrace at the back of the house. The extra large kitchen made it easy for more than one person to cook at the same time. The beds were especially comfortable with a very large master bathroom and wonderful stained glass window. The community pool was always unoccupied at 2:00 p.m. so I had the pool to myself. Socials on Friday night in the community center with a bar make it easy to meet other people
