Our inviting condo is equipped with all that you would need to enjoy your stay in Clearwater. The community itself, is very well cared for, with manicured grounds, clean resort area and a mature feel. Should you wish to cook, there are facilities to do so, would you like to relax and swim….there is the resort pool area or Clearwater Beach just a short drive away….perhaps you want to shop….we are well placed for excellent shopping…..Cultural activities are plentiful….from Pinellas Trail, street art & activities at Pier 60 or do you just want to sit back and do nothing….you can certainly also do that! Avalon is a secure gated community. We are 7 mins by car to Clearwater Beach, 15 minuets to the lovely Indian Rocks Beach and 20 minuets to Tampa Airport. Disney is 90 minutes by car & Bush Gardens a mere We do aim to keep our condo in the best possible condition and we hope that this is evident when you choose to stay here.

Why This Property?
We originally were looking for a bolt hole away from the cold weather & our somewhat stressful lives and we loved it so much that we are now in the process of making our permanent home in Pinnellas County

This is a perfect place for a single woman to stay. I felt very safe and secure here. The condo was very nice and I will stay again in the future.

we stayed in the fully usable unit for 6 weeks and were pleased with having everything available. The location is convenient for shopping, birding,painting and beach time. Will stay again if we visit florida and the unit is available.
