Villa La Cigalette, an exclusive water-front property for 4/5 people, which has been entirely renovated in 2007 and continously refurbished, lies in a peaceful residential area of the Miramar district of the pretty town of Theoule sur Mer. La Cigalette is only 50 m from the sandy family beach, in a charming environment and in the peace of the Esterel. Beautiful sea view on the small tourist harbour of La Figueirette and the bay. The villa has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a 2nd bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room offers other 2 sleeps. Fully equipped American kitchen with all modern appliances. A reversible AC system guarantees the right temperature for all weather comfort. The villa has private with alarm securized swimming pool with roman steps, which is around 9 metres long by 4 meters wide and with an average depth of 1.6 meters. Garden, big terrace with BBQ area. Water-sport activities, such as sailing, water-skiing or diving - or just sunbathing are very close. The property is beautifully maintained and appointed. Parking within the property.

In summer, shows and concerts are organized in the Pierre Cardin Palais Bulles.La Cigalette is just 45 min. from Nice airport and just a few minutes from the exclusive shops and restaurants in Cannes, the festivals and events. Antibes, St. Raphael and Grasse are within easy reach. Ferries run daily to St. Tropez from Cannes and boat trips run along the coast and to the Lerins Islands. You can enjoy innumerable leisure activities.

About Gaia
Villa La Cigale was our holiday home for many years and we used it up to 6 months a year! Then, with the arrival of the kids we are now tied to school holidays and can't take as much advantage out of it. We have loved it and would now like our guests to love it as much as we did.
