This was our 3rd (or 4th) time returning to Jae's condo...never disappoints! Jae is a fantastic host, always VERY responsive. She provides everything you need and more. The condo itself is very clean & comfortable, just as in the pictures. The view is the best. Beach service is also top notch, they make sure you don't have the big canopy tents in front of you. Everyone staying there has the same frame of mind, enjoy and have fun, at the same time being considerate towards others. The BBQ grills by the pool were great for the evenings we just wanted to relax by the pool. Lots of options in the area as well for food and entertainment. Thank you Jae!!
We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Having the use of beach chairs made enjoying the beach much easier. We will definitely be staying again. Jae was always available to answer any and all questions. Very nice owner. No complaints at all.

Left on Sep 1, 2018 for a stay in Aug 2018 First let me start by saying this condo has more then exceeded my expectations. From the moment walking in, it comfortable, with absolutely gorgeous decor. The ceilings are high which gives it such an open feelings. Oh and the view ... GORGEOUS !! The balcony is huge with what has to be the best view in PCB. Everything is set up perfectly to truly be able to enjoy your vacation. We will for sure be staying again on our next trip to PCB.
If you are even considering this condo, book now! The condo is just as pictured and once you get there, it’s so relaxing! We felt like we were always at the beach with the huge balcony and amazing views. There’s plenty of parking. Elevators are quick. Property was quiet. Easy beach access. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Jae is very responsive and an excellent host. We did not want to leave! Can’t wait to go back. Would recommend to anyone
