Amazing!
Date of Stay: May 10th , 2014

This home was beautiful inside and out. There were 6 of us and we never once felt cramped. We only stayed a week and I wish we could of stayed for 2. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The home was clean and stocked with everything you could need for cooking. I enjoyed coffee in the am and wine in the pm on the deck in the rocker gliders overlooking the mountains wrapped up in blankets. We cooked all but one night. The grill was great. The home truly was perfect for our family. The owners were so kind and attentive. I hope to return one day soon! Thank you!

Perfect Getaway
Date of Stay: August 31st , 2014

We were overwhelmed with this cabin. It housed everything we needed to base our Yellowstone adventure from.clean, well stocked, great fireplace and porch. Located "out-of-town" you felt you were remote yet in ten minutes you could be in town for groceries. The view was amazing looking out across the meadow to Lionshead. We were blessed with gorgeous sunrises. Coffee on the deck watching the deer in the mornings was over the top!

Beautiful Cabin!
Date of Stay: September 14th , 2014

5 Star accommodations for our extended family of 6! The cabin was beautiful and well-appointed AND had a fabulous view. I'm not sure I can add anything more than what the other reviewers have said -- this cabin had it all!!! It was a great place, great location, great views and extremely comfortable. It did feel like our home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Awsome home!
Date of Stay: May 20th , 2013

This home is fantastic. It is a little outside the park away from it all. The drive is worth every minute - only a few miles to Yellowstone. Returning to the home after spending time in the park is very relaxing and fun. Just 2 of us stayed - we enjoyed the spectacular master bedroom on the top floor - the home accommodates many more people. Very clean - each room is perfect. Attention to every detail. The kitchen and main room are perfect for gathering. The owner is wonderful to work with. We planned a last minute get away from Boston and he provided all the details we needed to plan accordingly. We got lost getting to the house, as we were very tired from our travels and drove right by the road. The owner responded quickly to our call for assistance. Prepare yourself for the greatest vacation ever. It was a top 10 for us!

Perfect for an extended family vacation!
Date of Stay: July 6th , 2013

Three generations of our family stayed at the Mountain View and Lazy Moose Lodges during our vacation to Yellowstone. They were the perfect solution for our extended family โ€“ everyone had the privacy they wanted, there were enough bathrooms & showers for everyone, and we gathered together for home-cooked breakfasts and some dinners, using the well-appointed kitchens, with plenty of seating. The Mountain View Lodge had a queen bedroom with private bath on the main floor, which was perfect for the grandparents. The west entrance of Yellowstone is only about 7 miles away, and we spent full days enjoying the different areas of the park. (Saw lots of wildlife, geysers, hot springs, waterfalls and had several great hikes in the park!) Grandpa and the grandkids even took a short hike in the forest behind our lodges. We gathered on the large front deck of the Mountain View Lodge a few nights to do some star-gazing (much brighter and more plentiful than our city-view sky!) Both lodges are absolutely beautiful and nicely decorated. We arrived here from more rustic accommodations in the Grand Tetons National Park, so we were grateful for the full-sized kitchen and washer and dryer. We would highly recommend these lodges to anyone โ€“ they are by far the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at!
