Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home. Your home is so inviting and the decorating so warm and welcoming. The views from the balcony were incredible and we spent most of our mornings and evenings just soaking it all in. I can honestly say this is the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. The pool/jacuzzi and outdoor living area was so beautiful and private, and we especially enjoyed that space in the evening with our glass of wine and looking at the stars. The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner was very friendly and answered all our questions promptly and made our stay so easy and comfortable. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family and we will be back!
From the moment I stepped into this amazing condo, I felt as if I had walked into a beautiful Italian villa on the sea. The condo has both impressive indoor and outdoor areas.The views from the penthouse balcony truly are awe-inspiring; we enjoyed watching, not only the sunrises to the east in the morning, but the sunsets to the west in the evening--all right from the comforts of our own balcony! We also enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on the balcony while watching the activity in the water and on the beach--snorkeling, parasailing, and boating. The interior décor, stone tile in the bathrooms from floor to ceiling, kitchen amenities, and beautiful furnishings make this condo feel like home. The outdoor living space, which includes a "serenity pool and spa," is very private and romantic. While enjoying the heated spa with its fountain and sculptures, you can look up to a beautiful, starry night. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond, and all of the resort staff was very kind and helpful. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about this property; we can't wait to come back! It is truly a 12 on a scale of 1-10!!!
Phenomenal stay at Villa Bellissima (unit 401, Villa Renaissance). This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, but have been to the Caymans many times and stayed at some great condos. This villa surpassed them all, hands down. It's even better than the property photos and description. Huge balcony and private courtyard with spa. Large bedrooms and all amenities. Noel was terrific to deal with and had fruit, water and complementary glasses waiting for us when we arrived. A staff member met us on arrival, toured us through the condo and offered us underground parking right beside the elevator which was a huge convenience for bringing in groceries. No hot car cooking out in the sun either. The unit looks very fresh and up to date. It was spotlessly cleaned everyday. The Renaissance is a wonderful property. The location in Grace Bay is ideal. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps from the parking lot. Large pool area out back with very warm water and plenty of loungers. We spent most of our days at the beach enjoying the warm blue water and white sand. We had an all day supply of clean dry towels at the concierge desk. They also helped us book our snorkel tours and offered restaurant tips. An unqualified 5 stars for this property.
We would like to share our vacation in Turks&Caicos and our wonderful stay at the Villa Renaissance, Penthouse, #401. The condo is beautifully furnished and kitchen fully equipped. We had to ask for Nothing. The Patio in front was relaxing to watch the people, boats, the beautiful water and of course the Sunsets. The plunge pool was relaxing at the end of the day after long days of driving or beaching. We had a newborn baby girl that we brought with us that also added to our joyous stay, making memories for all of us. Our daily rotating cleaning crew, Beverly, Stephanie and Al were always friendly and accommodating with fresh towels, trash pick up, etc. The lobby staff at the condo were also accommodating and gave helpful directions or info. We used their bikes provided and took long bike rides several times. We had a tennis court to use. In addition to the wonderful beach, the VR had a heated swimming pool that was also relaxing, meeting other guests and of course our baby drew a great deal of attention. I could go on and on, but his is just a quick overview to share with ALL, that we highly recommend this condo(401) and hope that you choose to stay there.
Thank you for sharing your home with us. Villa Bellissimo at Villa Renaissance is such a wonderful, peaceful and incredibly beautiful spot! We feel so fortunate to have been able to spend the week in your island home. (That view is like nothing we have ever seen and Grace Bay was the best beach we have ever visited!) This was our first ever visit to Turks and we absolutely found the perfect spot and we hope to return as soon as possible. Everyone at Allied Management and Villa Renaissance was fantastic to us. They are all so nice and helped with any questions or issues that we had throughout the week. Again, Villa Bellissimo is spectacular and we hope we can return next year! Thanks for sharing it with us...we will never forget it!
