Why This Property?
A very sweet home, close to our private beach, 4 mins by car, nice neighborhood and easy access to everything. The pool is wonderful and entire atmosphere is so relaxing!
Unique Benefits
Our private beach is very unique! 4 minutes to the ferry house, where the ferry boat that carries 25 passengers each trip take you the 5 minute boat ride accross the intercoastal waterway to our beach! Pristine and few people and open from 9am to just after sunset everyday except Wednesday. Two other beaches 10 minutes from house. So plenty of choice!
