My daughter and I spent days looking for the perfect property for our family. After personally walking through more than 25 places all throughout Puerto Vallarta and surrounding neighborhoods we knew we found the one, when we walked in! My daughter and I spent days looking for the perfect property for our family. After personally walking through more than 25 places all throughout Puerto Vallarta and surrounding neighborhoods we knew we found the one, when we walked in! Right there in front if us was the most beautiful view of the Banderas Bay. You could hear the waves crashing to the shore and watch the pelicans soar by, all within 500 feet just past the heated infinity pool! It was breathtaking! My daughter could not believe we could even be this close to the ocean with its private Palapas and next door Beach club with small bites and cocktails. The Condo is also in a very well maintained and beautiful area called Nuevo Vallarta which is 15 minutes to the airport and between Paradise Village and Flamingos without all the people and noise, but with all the amenities close by. We are looking forward to having many wonderful family vacations with our daughters and our (so far) three grandsons!! We hope you will enjoy it too!

If you ever need any help their is 24 hour security in and around the building. They are more than happy to help you take your bags to the room, hail a taxi or anything else you may need.
There is a unique air conditioned glass elevator that takes you to our Condo on the 8th floor, and once you enter you truly feel like you are in a private oceanfront oasis.

Casa de la Mer is a beautiful condo, in a great location. Beautifully decorated in soothing beach tones a attention to detail, and that view! Breakfast on the balcony with dolphins swimming by on our first morning, and our last! We enjoyed walking up and down the beach and sunsets off the balcony or enjoyed from the surf. It really could not have been any better!

My husband and I spent two very enjoyable months in this lovely condo. It is centrally located along the Nuevo Vallarta beachfront. The building is quiet and well maintained by a friendly, welcoming staff. The condo itself is quite spacious and attractively decorated. All of the furnishings are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery etc. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms are large and the towels are plentiful. The deck/balcony is exceptionally spacious with a beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The comfortable outdoor seating and gas BBQ make it a great area to retreat to. We highly recommend this condo.

This Condo was INCREDIBLE!!! I had never stayed in this area but it was so nice! The WOW moment was when I walked through the door of the condo and was immediately blown away by the breathtaking view of the ocean. I walked strait out to the balcony and just stood there in awe! Really a fabulous view. The condo itself was adorably decorated making me feel relaxed and at home. As far as amenities, I had everything I needed and more! There was a delicious complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Although, I didn't do much of that because I love going to out to restaurants and there were plenty to try while I was there. I also loved the refrigerator with the filtered water and ice!! I never had to worry about the water. One of my favorite things about the experience was the bed!!! No joke. It was amazing! I got the best sleeps of my life in on that bed! I think it was a mixture of the extremely comfortable bed and the sound of crashing waves that made my nights so relaxing. I gotta say, after a long day at the beach or after swimming in the heated pool, coming in and having the steam shower to relax in, was heaven!! Parasailing which I did! and other activities were very close by and reasonably priced. here. Casa de la Mer definitely has a renter for life!! I love this piece of paradise!
