  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
All funds returned if more than 60 days from rental start date.
No refunds within 60 days of rental start date unless owner can re-rent for same period for the same rental amount. If rental amount is less then owner will refund the amount of the replacement rental.

Why This Property?
Park City was a given. You can leave the East Coast in the morning and be skiing in the afternoon. The Salt Lake airport is only 37 miles away so you don't have to spend half the day driving from the airport to the slopes. There are so many skiing options - Deer Valley, Park City and the Canyons. Our family had a great time!

Our family of 5 had a great time in Park City over the holidays! This property has everything you need. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths let everyone spread out. Used the gas fireplaces to keep cozy after long days of skiing. WiFi worked great. We had a cold stretch of negative temps and had a kitchen pipe freeze (which I understand was very unusual) but the owner and property manager were immediately on top of it and extremely professional in getting it fixed quickly. The underground garage is especially nice since your car never has to be cleaned off after a nighttime snowfall. The condo was an end unit and heard no noise from other units. Also the owner is great at communicating prior to your visit. Thanks Laura!

This place made our vacation

The actual condo is better than the pictures and description. From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled with our accommodation. The condo was very nicely appointed and complete with everything needed to live comfortably. With two adult children and their respective pals, we had plenty of cozy and communal space. It was a pleasure to cook at home with everything needed to make nice meals. In fact, we went out for dinner less frequently than we had planned and enjoyed staying-in because of the set up. The garage and ski locker situation contributed to the seamless experience. Without a doubt, it is faster and, more convenient to take the shuttle that stops right out the door to any of the ski areas (Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons) or to Downtown than it is to drive. The location could not have been better. There is nothing like a soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing; even this was in top notch shape. Most impressive is the thoughtful and considerate owner; providing great and detailed information and checking-in to make sure we were ready to enjoy the week. We did enjoy! This rental is the whole package and should be designated as the gold standard. Thank you again and we look forward to coming back. JK

Amazing Deer Valley Townhome

This was our first trip to Deer Valley for our annual extended family ski vacation, and we loved staying in this beautiful (and super convenient) townhome. Laura, the owner, really helped make this a wonderful trip. She is the best owner I have ever worked with and provided very well detailed instructions for absolutely everything. She also followed up with us several times to ensure we had the best stay ever. The townhome is very spacious, easily fitting our three families giving everyone a space of their own. Great place in a great location!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for a ski vacation and enjoyed the property very much. Laura is very responsive and well organized down to the smallest detail. The condo was in a great location for accessing Deer Valley and Park City, either by car or bus. It was comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. We loved the two fireplaces, large dining room table, convenient private hot tub, newly remodeled bathrooms, upstairs sitting room and comfortable beds. We will definitely consider this condo for future vacations to the area.

Our home away from home!

This must be the best condo in Deer Valley with the best owner!!!! We have spent Christmas at the condo for the past 3 years. We loved it so much the first year that we just kept coming back! The condo has everything that you could want. There are wonderful views from the kitchen as well as from the back deck with a private hot tub. You are close to bus stops and you have access to the private Deer Valley shuttles. The owner Laura is wonderful. If you need anything, she will make sure that you get it right away. Thank you Laura for letting us make your condo our home away from home! We love it!
