Welcome to your home away from home in Roscoe Village a very family friendly neighborhood with many local shops and restaurants to choose from.This newly constructed very spacious 2100 square ft. quiet,warm and welcoming private 3 bedroom suite is complete with a high end kitchen and equipped with stainless appliances,granite counter tops along with brand name furnishing.Our bedrooms include 1-King size master bedroom and 2-Queen size bedroom suites along with 2 full baths.All of the rooms are equipped with flat screen plasma TVs,free cable and surround sound.There is a I pod/I phone docking station,blue tooth wireless access and a printer along with a full a ADT Security system.In the rear of the building is a small balcony off of the master suite along with a large private deck exclusive to this unit with lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill.All of our laundry and bedding is sent out to be professionally laundered,along with a very extensive cleaning of the entire unit between every stay.There is plenty of free street parking available throughout the neighborhood.This unit is a licensed hotel as required by the City of Chicago on all vacation rentals and we are fully insured. Please come and visit our wonderful neighborhood and enjoy all there is to do in Roscoe Village.
