Deposit Requirements
$500 reservations deposit is required when you book (by check). That converts to your security deposit at check-in and is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure after housekeeping inspection.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Reservations canceled less than 70 days before your stay will not be refunded unless we are able to rent those date. More than 70 days notice you will received all monies paid including your deposit.
House Rules
No smoking or pets. No one under 25 years of age may rent our home. No moving of furniture. No cleaning of fish on premises. Garbage and recycled bins must be rolled out on specified days.
