Rates will be higher in winter and summer months and could be less in shoulder months.. John and Winnie Nabors will provide you with numerous files that they created for new visitors or return guests with details about grocery shopping, activities, restaurants, and tours. John and Winnie also manager 17 other condos in the resort in different categories including Ocean View and 2 bedroom units. Bring your friends or family. The standard rate applies to Spring and Fall rates. Actual rates can be lower for distant reservations or higher for near term reservations. Minimum rates are set by the HVC the rental manager for 150+ condos at the resort. John Nabors will provide you with a detailed quote for your proposed dates.

A deposit of one night’s room rate plus taxes is required at time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge of 75 USD plus General Excise Tax will be retained with the balance refunded to guest. A reservation cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to full forfeiture of the one night room rate plus General Excise Tax. Major credit or debit cards are accepted for room deposits.

Why This Property?
This condo is well located in the center of the resort with about equal distance between the beach and athletic club's pool and fitness center. Unit #79 in Building 15 has excellent parking, a great lawn area outside the lanai at ground level and upgraded interiors. This condo is rated "A" by the condo rating authority.

Great Place for the Money
Date of Stay: March 19th , 2015

The location and amenities were exactly as we expected. The grounds were beautiful, and the lawn you see in the picture is gorgeous. BBQs are super nice. The room had everything we would have expected. It was not an expensive place, and we felt it was a good/great deal. We particularly liked working with John Nabors who helped us think through our options.
