Grasse lies approx 15 km from the coastline and is protected by the foothills of the Alps behind it. The excellent climate has attracted the European Aristocracy for over a 100 years. Numerous buildings - like this villa - were built to house them. The villa is within walking distance of all shops and amenities. The villa sits in a Mediterranean garden, with a pool and a large south-facing terrace. There is a secure parking for 3 cars. There are three bedrooms, one of them with ensuite facilities and balconies. There are two stylish bathrooms and a shower room. There is a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a billiard table, bar and large terraces. The estate is lined with hedges and is very private.
