Unique Benefits
Convenient to the night life and all work areas. Enjoy being able to go out and not spend 'forever' driving home. So many unique shops, stores, fantastic restaurants and entertainment close by. The pet friendly sides are so problem free with wood flooring and fencing it makes visiting easy, relaxing and carefree. The house was perfect, your southern charm was a refreshing change (and need) from the hustle of Denver Co., and of course your reference of a realtor was amazing. We will be singing your awesomeness from the tops of our mountains till we are back to Chattanooga in our new home. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

BRING THE PETSโ€ Immaculate Facilities, Extremely Conscientious Hosts โ˜… โ˜… โ˜… โ˜… โ˜… We need rating stars that go "all the way to eleven." I would've given five stars for less, but Kay went over and above to make sure my stay was everything it could be. And, not because she's trying to get good ratings, but just because that's who she is. I cannot recall a rental property or overnight accommodations being this clean. Her guests would be wowed with much less effort but, again, because of who she is, it's apparently in her genes to provide spotless and healthy accommodations. From the first time we spoke, I could tell she was committed to taking care of me, finding out what I wanted from my stay, offering me area recommendations, promising that all I needed to bring were my clothes and my food; everything else is provided--even little things visitors might forget to bring, e.g., toothpaste, bandaids, razors, etc., and all provided with a courtesy and pleasant demeanor that epitomizes Southern hospitality. From the time I booked, she was available via text, phone or email for any questions I had, and I never had any doubt that she was ready to address any issue that might arise. Great furniture, HUGE television with wi-fi and cable channel access, very comfy bed with substantial sheets. Nothing flimsy. She provided a guest book with easy-to-find answers for every system in the house like the whirlpool tub and the washer dryer, plus recommendations for local restaurants, and contact info for her. Best of all, she treated my dog as well as she treated me, providing a fresh, clean dog bed, toys, dog dishes and paw-wiping towels, as well as a doggie door to the fenced back yard so my "furbaby" could come and go. My experience with Kay has cured me of EVER staying in a motel again unless I absolutely have to. I recommend this rental with no hesitation whatsoever. Date of arrival February 5, 2018
