I was a ten year 5 star owner on VRBO and HomeAway, until I decided, the time was here to be true to my mission. I started out, almost 40 years ago, providing comfortable, safe residential property to the public and have made some great friends. This rental has been a part of my life for more than 40 years. Unique Benefits

Convenient to the night life and all work areas. Enjoy being able to go out and not spend 'forever' driving home. So many unique shops, stores, fantastic restaurants and entertainment close by. The pet friendly sides are so problem free with wood flooring and fencing it makes visiting easy, relaxing and carefree. The pet beds and dishes provided makes bringing my little ones with me so simple. Even the cats get to come. The dog steps help my older babies climb up to be with us just like at home. They feel as safe and comfortable while visiting, as I do. Everyone can relax easier with clean, comfort and some luxury, so I designed the unit to have the most comfortable beds and linens to sleep on and quality entertainment to enjoy and the internet to keep me connected while I visit. My design of furnishings allows me to be able to enjoy my visit here with all the comforts of home. I love using the fenced in yard for the pets. One of my pets has been raised entirely within a fence. Convenience without the worry and hassle of four dogs at once. I can watch them while inside and still be right there with them. The large screen TV's and the cable lineup keeps me up to date on the series and movies we like, and I can always read one of the mystery novels. Always something to enjoy and to do. My unit is a 5 star review unit and I am a 5 star owner. I work hard for my renters and reviews. My assistant, Jennifer, and I take pride in preparing for each renter's visit so that they can enjoy each unit as a complete home away from home. Each renter is special, and appreciated, so I prefer to have 'hands on' interaction with my guests, so their needs and expectations in a rental, are acknowledged, and if possible, are met. I am my own secured merchant, so your privacy and security, is my priority, to protect and respect. You book directly with me, your host. The house was perfect, your southern charm was a refreshing change (and need) from the hustle of Denver Co., and of course your reference of a realtor was amazing. We will be singing your awesomeness from the tops of our mountains till we are back to Chattanooga in our new home. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

BRING THE PETS” Immaculate Facilities, Extremely Conscientious Hosts ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We need rating stars that go "all the way to eleven." I would've given five stars for less, but Kay went over and above to make sure my stay was everything it could be. And, not because she's trying to get good ratings, but just because that's who she is. I cannot recall a rental property or overnight accommodations being this clean. Her guests would be wowed with much less effort but, again, because of who she is, it's apparently in her genes to provide spotless and healthy accommodations. From the first time we spoke, I could tell she was committed to taking care of me, finding out what I wanted from my stay, offering me area recommendations, promising that all I needed to bring were my clothes and my food; everything else is provided--even little things visitors might forget to bring, e.g., toothpaste, bandaids, razors, etc., and all provided with a courtesy and pleasant demeanor that epitomizes Southern hospitality. From the time I booked, she was available via text, phone or email for any questions I had, and I never had any doubt that she was ready to address any issue that might arise. Great furniture, HUGE television with wi-fi and cable channel access, very comfy bed with substantial sheets. Nothing flimsy. She provided a guest book with easy-to-find answers for every system in the house like the whirlpool tub and the washer dryer, plus recommendations for local restaurants, and contact info for her. Best of all, she treated my dog as well as she treated me, providing a fresh, clean dog bed, toys, dog dishes and paw-wiping towels, as well as a doggie door to the fenced back yard so my "furbaby" could come and go. My experience with Kay has cured me of EVER staying in a motel again unless I absolutely have to. I recommend this rental with no hesitation whatsoever. Date of arrival February 5, 2018

I am a 40 year renter, and happy to offer, you my prospect guest, after a day of fun and play, or work, sports or education, take a whirlpool bath in the whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and soak away the stress, cares, aches and pains of the day. Dry off with the plush thick bath sheets. Relax in the living room on the dual reclining sofa or in the rocker recliner. Have your cocktail or glass of wine in proper wine and cocktail glasses, or if alcohol is not your preference, then prepare a milkshake or smoothie in the blender. Enjoy the outdoors and relax on your own private deck while enjoying the beautiful tall pines that provide the home with the comfort of shade. Either inside or outside you will find peace, quiet and relaxation at this duplex. All the comforts of a home away from home. Comfort for everyone, be they parents or masters, children or pets.

Fix dinner and enjoy the cloth napkins and tablecloths, with all the utensils, pots and pans, needed to fix a gourmet meal or just a casual dinner. Do not let traveling keep you from that charcoal steak and baked potato. Whether it is less formal and more casual or eating outside that is desired, you can use the placemats and plastic dishes and glasses for outdoors or for the relaxed supper inside. For the toddlers there is age appropriate silverware and dishes, a highchair and pack'n'play with sheets.

If you bring the pets, they have their own fenced yard, away from other pets, and a doggy door for their and your convenience, pet beds according to their size, steps, toys, dishes, auto waterier, and towels.

Watch extended cable in the bedroom and the living room. The HD 50' large screen TV in the living room has an HD DVD with an assortment of DVDs to choose from. There is, "On Demand" and a DVR for recording and viewing later. There is extended cable including Encore Movie Channel, Versus Sports and Disney, and all Premium Channels, ie: HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc.

After your whirlpool, dinner or movie, there are 650-1000 count sheets to help you drift off to sleep in the queen bedroom with Temp-Per-Pedic, foam mattress and down pillows, with twin Temp-Per-Pedic mattresses in the twin bedroom. Duvets, comforters, quilts, bedspreads, shams, and several different type of pillows complete the bed ensembles for a restful and wonderfully comfortable sleep. For the twin bedrooms nothing under 250-600 count sheets are provided. Extra bedding for both rooms are supplied. Extra pillows are also used in the twins, duvets, comforters, quilts, shams and for the little ones and mommies peace of mind, there is vinyl mattress protection.

If relaxing with a book is more to your liking, there are numerous books in the living bookcase to choose from for your reading get away.
