New home 2013. 3 bedroom home, Blue Sky located in the 4WD, Wild horse area. This house is within only a couple of blocks from our other two houses,. New home 2013. 3 bedroom home, Blue Sky located in the 4WD, Wild horse area. This house is within only a couple of blocks from our other two houses,. We are calling this house Blue Sky for the Allman Brothers Band because we hope that all of our guests have 'blue skys and sunny days' during their stay. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen and bathroom counters, hardwood floors throughout. Large exterior rear deck that faces the ocean and canal with a bar table and chairs. Sit on front porch to watch the sunsets over the sound. Have your morning coffee on the rear deck to watch the sunrise. This new home has a hottub outside on the rear lower deck. Horses will come visit while you relax in the tub. There is a washer/dryer for laundry, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator w/icemaker, smoothtop cookstove for easy cleanup. Our kitchen is well stocked with plates, barware, pots, pans ect... The master bedroom is a king bed with a private bath. The other 2 bedrooms are a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. They share a full bath.
Carova Beach is convenient for families with young children because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. You can load the beach chairs, coolers, toys ect... into the back of a truck/suv and drive them to the beach. You can sit right next to your vehicle and pets are welcome on the beach.
This home is located in the 4x4 area (4 wheel drive) It is approximately 9 miles past the end of the paved roads.
Carova Beach is convenient for families with young children because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. You can load the beach chairs, coolers, toys ect... into the back of a truck/suv and drive them to the beach. You can sit right next to your vehicle and pets are welcome on the beach.

About Brenda
Brenda & Jim DiBenedetto we are located in Coatesville Pennsylvania and have been owners in the Outer Banks since 2001. Our kids have grown up in the area, learned to drive on the beach :) Our dogs love the beach and dogs are welcome on the beach 24/7. They are allowed to play off leash :). This makes them very happy

We purchased our first property in Carova in 2001 because a good friend of ours showed us this area and we thought that it was so much fun driving on the beach, exploring the area and watching the horses. He owns a house in Corolla and has purchased a lot in Carova. We are lucky to have several other friends that also have come to the Carova Beach area. This home is on the canal and offers the ability to fish/kayak/crab and explore the entire canal system of Carova Beach

We love to be able to drive onto the beach with all of our chairs, coolers, dogs and toys, Hang out on the beach until late in the evening and spend time with friends and family one day and the next day spend it exploring and fishing in the canal/sound.
