Islander On The Beach - Oceanfront Resort/ OceanView Units (244/256) - Condominium Studios sleep 2 - 4. We are centrally located on east shore in Kapaa making easy access to both ends of the island. This six acre oceanfront plantation style resort was totally refurbished in 2005. Our unit has travertine floors, granite countertops, tropical style furnishings, and a mini bar area where you can prepare a morning coffee, afternoon Mai Tai, and pupus (light foods). Our unit comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, electric frying pan, rice cooker/vegetable steamer, George foreman, coffee maker, microwave, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogey boards, cooler, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, room safe, cable HD TV, stereo CD/DVD player, etc. In room WiFi available. Shopping and grocery stores are in walking distance. Several BBQ gas grills on sight. Because we rental privately we have “NO” resort fees, "NO" amenity fees, and “NO” parking fees. Our regular rates are $84-$104 per night, unless running specials at the time, plus a one-time cleaning fee and Hawaii room tax. Check our longer term special rates for two and 4 weeks plus, returnee rates and calendar gap rates which are also available. This is a NON-SMOKING facility.
We offer a great location and value along with very warm and comfortable accommodations for our guests! With two units now and advanced notice we can accommodate friends traveling with friends. For more details please respond to this ad. We would love to have you as our guests at our home in Kauai!
