House Rules
Treat our home as if it was your own home. Please do not bring sandy toys, blankets, towels, chairs into the house. Leave on the front porch. Do not sit on the couch with any sunscreen or it will stain. Have an amazing time!!

About Jessica Tedone
We are high school sweethearts married 27 years who just fulfilled our dream of buying a house near the beach. We have two children who are now young adults but still live at home. We love our new home and can't wait to share it with you. We have hand-picked every detail that makes this a home and not just a rental.
Why This Property?
We love the beach and have taken our vacations here since our kids were little. The beach has always been part of our family tradition and hope it will be yours too. The beach is literally about a five minute walk and we absolutely love Rosemary Beach and the quaint shops and atmosphere reminds us a quaint town in Europe.
Unique Benefits
So close to 30A and across the street from the beach which is a five minute walk. Public restrooms and showers plus lifeguard at Inlet Beach. Huge kitchen and living area is the highlight of our home. We love going to Rosemary Beach for dinner, getting some ice cream or browsing the shops.

Relaxing!

Very nice and clean house. Beds are very comfortable and the house was well stocked, we even got some use out of the bicycles that were provided! The area is very peaceful and within a short walk to the beach. Nice restaurants and grocery store close by and a short drive into PCB or Destin. We found out time spent very relaxing

We loved this place! We even stayed another week! Simple things like walking to our daily breakfast at The Donut Hole. We often had Mexican ( inexpensive, and terrific ) for lunch and margaritas, a mile away on 30A at Seacrest Beach (the frozen yogurt and bike rentals are there, steps away. Then there's the grand things: Rosemary Beach: Shabby Chic shopping, Reservations only restaurants, incredible beaches, and photo opportunities. Each 30A community is special. Want to see Santorini? ALYS BEACH 2.2 Miles away. Want outlets/ PF Changs Michaels etc? Just down the road west. Want Antique malls/ shabby chic stores/ locals' booth shopping? You are dead center of literally 15 stores ( there's more here than Sarasota of ft myers ) I have never had a better combo of new home, great location & tasty, but cheap food ( pizza is less expensive here than anywhere! ) You've got a huge kitchen with granite and new appliances if you want to go to Publics and cook. This is the place to to a Riviera or 30A Vacation under budget. By the way, they're not kidding : it sleeps 2 families upstairs!

Beach Retreat

My husband and I truly loved this house. Very clean and up to date in furnishings. Close to the beach and wonderful towns nearby. Shopping areas are also close. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus and having bikes to ride around the area was great. Close by was a lovely lake where you can fish. There are no negatives in this house or in the area. Highly recommend.
