Enjoy our cozy, beautiful Slice of Heaven at the Beach! Experience spectacular beach views from both the living room and master bedroom in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to a private patio with the same beautiful view of the beach.
When you're ready to relax on the beach just grab the beach umbrella & beach chairs left for the guest's use and take a short stroll through a private, keyed gate across the street and over a boardwalk to put your toes in the white sands and turquoise blue waters of the stunning Gulf Coast! Complimentary shuttle service also provides on-site transportation for guests to get around the resort, and will drop you off just steps from the resort's beautiful lagoon pool and private beachfront property.
The master bedroom features a very comfortable King memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet and an on-suite full bath with double vanity and a large custom tile shower and soaker tub. The spacious second bedroom has 2 additional Queen beds, an updated on-suite full bath and an additional large private balcony that overlooks a wooded pond and the year-round heated pool that is located just yards outside the front door!
We purchased all new kitchen appliances, a new water heater and a new washer and dryer in 2015 & 2016 - and we pride ourselves on keeping the unit updated, very well maintained and furnished with the comfort and the beauty of the beach in mind. It a warm and inviting home-away-from-home! The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Cable TV, & high-speed wireless internet are all included. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including all necessary utensils and cookware as well as a full-size washer and dryer.
During your stay at our Villa you will enjoy the convenience of parking directly in front of your unit.
