This was our first stay in Phoenix and we thought the property was excellent. It was very clean and cozy and the owners anticipated any need we may have had and took care of everything for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice modern condo in a gated community with several swimming pools. The location, north side of Phoenix, was convenient for house hunting. The owner, Steve, was very helpful and friendly; he called more than once to see if we had any questions, problems, and just to ask how we were doing. I would recommend this condo to family or friends.
We loved our stay at the condo. Very clean and comfortable. The location is great, we went for several hikes at North Mountain, which is just a short walk away from the condo. We didn't use the pool, but the condo location by the pool is great! We'll be sure to bring suits next time. Steve was a great host and made everything easy. A++ stay - highly recommend.
Accomodation was exactly as described, all mod cons and VERY comfortable. En suite bath/ shower n toilet plus walk in type clothes storage excellent for main bedroom. Seperate shower n toiket next to second bedroom perfectly placed for rest of accomodation. kitchen appliances all excellent. Working and straightforward. (Except no grill.... brits be warned) however... grills by pool really good.. easy to use and apartment so close was easey peasy to bbq then bring food to tables.... Host steve was very informative and very patient, then helpful on arrival.good introduction to accomodation and phoenix layout and familiarisation. This is a gated community, so very safe feeling. Heated pool and hot tub... modest size but perfectly formed.... 3 pools in complex and i meant to try the sunset pool for fun, but as the canyon pool is so close to this apartment and was so comfortable we never used any others!.. I loved the closeness of the accomodation to the north mountain park (1/2 mile up the road .. great for early morning trail walk to see the morning views) Frys supermarket less than mile away super cheap.. especially with the saver card provided by accomodation. All in all .. excellent accomodation. Well equipped and very very comfortable.
