Right on time, the perfect home on Madiera Beach Blvd, in the perfect location, steps from the clubhouse and perfect view, was found!

The moment we found the home we knew it was meant to be. It has everything you can think of: The beautiful views of the lake and clubhouse, the private pool and hot tub (the fountains in the pool is a bonus :), awesome location being second to the clubhouse, the popular tiki bar for food and beverages, concierge, all the activities. The space is great perfect for a large family or two! 4 bedroom, the ranch plan with no stairs... it really is everything we've ever wanted! So while we'll enjoy it as much as we can, please enjoy it as much as you can!

We really loved this property. It was close to Disney! Gated community, we parked right on our driveway. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was also nice and clean. It has 4 bedrooms and two living rooms so enough space to spread out. It has a private pool and hot tub. The clubhouse was next door. The playground and basketball were our favorite at the clubhouse. I like having a restaurant onsite so I don't have to cook or go out if we don't feel like it. The Owners gave us their cell phone numbers and emails in case we needed them while we were there. We already recommend it to our neighbors who are going to Disney in the fall.

This is our second time staying in this home; January 2015 and now January 2016. We love the updates the owner has done. The home is very fresh and new feeling. Clean and as described in the listing. The furniture updates and arrangement made the home feel as large as it is. We had plenty of space to lounge around. The game room was nice on the day it rained. We wish you had ping pong though. It's a good location in the community looking over the lake and clubhouse, feels very "resort". The kids love the fountains in the pool, and swimming at night with the lights and resort music in the background were a big hit this year. The staff at the clubhouse is always friendly, the food at the tiki bar is great when you don't feel like leaving. We hope to be back again next year.

We're repeat guests staying in this home each Christmas season for many years. The location always been our draw, so close to the clubhouse and overlooks the lake, only minutes to the attractions. Now with a fresh comfortable new look, new furniture, Tv's, fresh interior & interior paint and the fun pool lights and photo wall, it's perfect in every way! The bunk beds were a huge hit for the children as well! Congratulations and well done to the new owners. We'll be back next year for sure!
