We spent 28 years living on an idyllic Greek Island where we owned and ran our own restaurant in a busy coastal village. Time eventually caught up with us and we left our beautiful Greek Island with a lifetime of memories.
We now split our time between Florida and our ancestral home in Scotland.
We spend half the year overlooking a beautiful Scottish Loch and the other half on Disney’s doorstep in Florida.
Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too!
We have 3 vacation homes of our own and we also manage reservations and guest relations for 3 other homes, which belong to family members and close personal friends.
We all have the same firm commitment and that is to provide wonderful relaxing and carefree vacations in beautiful homes.

Why This Property?
We purchased this home in April 2015 and as soon as we saw the lake view, we knew we had to have it.
Before we even set foot inside!

It was instant!
We knew we'd spend many an evening with friends and family relaxing in that screened room gazing over the lake.
We pleaded silently for it to be amazing inside too...
With trepidation we opened the front door...
What a let down! It was awful! A horrible boxed in layout and so sad and run down.
As we did a walkthrough, a floodgate of ideas came tumbling out - take that wall down; make those 2 small rooms into one suite; add a 3rd bathroom; extend that room; remove that wall; remove that room to create an open plan layout.
The potential was endless, we could see the vision.
I guess the realtor throught we were craaazee!
But here we are. All our plans in place after a total remodel. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The lake view has to be one of our favorite features. It is so peaceful out there - no rear neighbors at all, just the odd crane wandering by. There's a large grassy area that gives plenty of space to put out the sun loungers and just lay back and take in the peace.
The patio area have a dining deck and a grill so it's great to sit out under the stars and dine by the lake.
