Charter Sports is located at the base of Snowflake Lift which you can easily rent all of your ski equipment. Hours of operation vary. There is also a ticket window at the base of the lift if you need to pick up tickets, passes or purchase tickets. Hours of operation 8:00am to 2:30pm.

We have managed our properties ourselves for 12 years. I handle all the bookings and communicate with you directly (by phone or email). 'We live locally and keep our condos in excellent shape. No dealing with management company and all those extra fees. We have been living in Breckenridge for the past 5 years and recommend the best local restaurants, ski shops etc.
Why This Property?
Location Location Locationโ€ฆ.Since 1995, we had rented many different places in Colorado ski towns. Breckenridge was by far our favorite place to stay because of the friendly town and the mountain. In 2004 we actually rented a unit at Tyra Riverbend. We loved the location, building amenities and its great location for winters and summers. it is a great place for others to experience.
Unique Benefits
In the winter, you can look out the windows in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the Snowflake lift start up and at the end of the day doing the same but not with a cup of coffee! The view of Baldy mountain from the dining table in the summertime at sunset is gorgeous. The fully equipped kitchen makes it extremely easy to eat in. My fiancรฉ and I had a wonderful stay at Tyra Riverbend! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Perfect for a couple, although there is a pullout sofa. Plenty of closet space, shelves and drawer space for your items. Great views outside the kitchen/living room windows! Loved having our own storage unit for our skis and boots. ski vacay 5 of 5 Amazing trip to Breckenridge with my boyfriend. We skied 2 days and the VERY close access to both the Snowflake lift and the Four O'clock ski was great! Right next door to Charter Sports - Blue Sky where we rented our equipment, and having our own storage locker was a major plus. The condo itself was clean and cozy and met all of our needs. The heated garage was much appreciated when unpacking/packing the car. The lobby was really nice with couches and a big TV, and it was never crowded. Location is walking distance to main street, but keep in mind that the condo is up the mountain and walking home uphill on ice when you aren't used to the altitude can be a struggle (at least for wimps like me). Thankfully, the bus is free and comes frequently, so that's always an option. Overall GREAT condo, perfect ski location, and fun trip! Submitted: Feb 25, 2016 Stayed: Feb 2016

Great Place!! 5 of 5 My husband and I stayed at this condo in August. Leanne was so helpful and the condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed plus more. She has all the little extras that made our week stay great. Hiking and biking in Breckenridge was awesome! One of the hiking trails was right out the back door of the building.
