House Rules
You may treat this home like your own. The major issue in Northport is respect for neighborhood quiet after about 11pm. Although a fire pit is provided, and you may stay out late, you'll need to stop hooting and hollering by 11, or move the party inside. You'll receive a detailed sheet of arrival, stay and departure instructions; and a lease when your booking dates are settled.

About Marcia
We have have renovated and managed vacation homes in Northport for many years. The Maples, Birches and Harbor House were popular seasonal rental properties for many families! Now, Sandhill continues this tradition. This property is our home, but is now available for porch sitting, dozing, reading, and strolling to Grand Traverse Bay.
Why This Property?
We love Northport, but outgrew our original 750 sf vacation cottage! So, we moved two doors down the street! My kids are grown now, but this is "their home." SO convenient to everything in the Village.
Unique Benefits
Cinnamon Twists at Barb's Bakery, viewing Beaver Island on a clear day from the top of Grand Traverse Light, hiking through the state park to the ultra private, glorious Lake Michigan beach at Cathead Bay, walking the trail at Kehl Lake (take your little kids, it's a great place to imagine the time when dinosaurs roamed the earth!) -- and of course, wine, craft beer, shopping, reading, eating and ... more +
