My husband and I met in school in Arizona. Now living in Washington, we love to bring our family to the sun. We wanted a place for our extended family to gather and our parents to be able to stay as well. We love the area and neighborhood and hope to someday retire here. This home gets great light and has an open plan perfect for hanging out together.

Best Experience!

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had with renting a house! The PM was fabulous! Casey was very prompt with and questions we had... from where to take a little for golf to letting us know our car trunk was left open overnight ( notified by Grayhawk patrol). By far the best PM I’ve dealt with! The property was beautiful! One of the few times I would say pictures don’t do it justice (it’s usually the other way around). We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

Your home is beautiful. I love the furnishings and how you have decorated it. The beds were comfortable and very nice bedding/linens/towels. Everything was very clean which was important to us. Location was peaceful and close to anything we needed. Outdoor pool/hot tub very relaxing. I appreciate also your responsiveness each time I have been in touch with a question. I look forward to my return trip!

Great place to relax

We have just finished a stay with Casey and Chris. This is our second extended stay at their house. It is a lovely home, bright inside, great accommodations, and well taken care of. Nice to be by the pool and hot tub. Great place to relax and enjoy. It is close to Kierland, Westworld, Phoenix WMO, wonderful restaurants, and great golf courses. Best of all is the Obays are great people to work with. They were straightforward with the business and financial aspects, making us comfortable with the whole process of renting a house, and truly made us feel at home. I would never hesitate to stay there again and again. Thanks again Casey and Chris.

Very nice house! Beautiful pool on a hot day! Very nicely appointed with supplies, close to everything but far enough to be very quiet.. wonderful place, will be back for sure in the winter hopefully!!!
