Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (1 is gulf front & 2nd is heated 4 mo. a year), lighted tennis courts, 3 fresh water fishing ponds, playground, pet stations, boat parking, boat washing area, and boardwalks throughout!
The lower floor spacious living room with large back deck with seating and a gas grill. There is also a dining room and kitchen with all you need for cooking your catch of the day. Finally, there is a full bath and a Queen Bedroom with a private porch, cable TV & DVD.
The entire upper floor is a King Master Suite! Enjoy a private porch with gulf views! Private bathroom (walk in shower and separate garden tub), walk in closet, Flat Screen Cable TV, VCR, 2 wicker chairs & telephone with answering machine & free domestic long distance--everything you need to enjoy your vacation!
You will find there is a laundry room with washer, drier, and even the laundry detergent!
