Here at YAMS - Destin it's hard to believe that the huge white sand beach and clear blue water are real! Destin beaches are picture perfect!

GULF FRONT - Beachfront - 3-level townhome with 4-bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
A quick walk thru our home --
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is beachfront and has a queen bed with a TV. The other has a bunk bed and a trundle bed (FOUR twin mattresses) with a TV. They share a full bathroom.
On the second floor is the the living area - to include a living room with a TV, a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and travertine tile flooring. There is also a half bath.
On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms. They each have a king bed and their own private bath. The bathrooms have travertine flooring as well as travertine shower surrounds. One bedroom is street front and the other is beachfront.
**All rooms have ceiling fans.
**There is no wall to wall carpet in the house.
**There are amazing views from all of the three beachfront porches! All decks have seating.
**On the bottom beach deck there is a outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach and a picnic table to enjoy meals. There are also beach chairs and beach toys for you to enjoy.
