a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or

About Ray Heap
This is our winter home. We live here from October until May. I am a retired Navy Pilot and when I was in Pensacola in 1972, I said I was going to retire in the Florida pan Handle. Im lucky to be able to live my dream on the most beautiful beaches in the world in a fantastic condo.
Why This Property?
We spent a lot of time shopping condo's, looking at the positives and negatives of each complex. The reason we chose Seychelles was mainly due the location, on the extreme East end of the beach. Not only is it less crowded but it is out of the traffic loop. Unique Benefits
We love getting up in the morning, go to the balcony, drink our coffee and read the paper. We can watch the dolphins as well as anything else going on in the water or on the beach. At night, NOT during Summer, we can leave the sliding glass door open slightly and let the surf put us to sleep.

All the Comforts of Home, Five Stars!

I brought my daughter and her 2 friends down as a graduation gift. All I can say is, we were not disappointed. The room was clean and super cute. I felt like I was home. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had beach service included in our stay. It was a great bonus to the trip. Gregg was prompt to return any questions that I had. I can't wait to plan our next trip. I will want to stay here again.

Relaxation!

Beautifully decorated and has great appliances! Very comfortable to stay in. Has a great view of the ocean! Greg is great to work with and our security deposit was refunded very quickly. He checked in after our arrival to make sure everything was ok. It was great to have the beach chairs and umbrella as an added extra! I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break trip

Arrived with our 2 granddaughters to find Seychelles 405 a delightful condo. Very clean and well-cared for. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed the updated kitchen. Master bedroom was a nice size with a very comfortable bed. Mattress slept wonderfully. Great view from our fourth floor balcony. Loved the fact that 2 beach chairs were included and they were easy to set up with Dustin each morning. Wonderful vacation, will stay here again.

Awesome Again!

Our 2nd time in this awesome beachfront condo! Very clean and attention to detail make this a wonderful condo. Gregg is great to work with and truly cares that your stay is meeting or exceeding your expectations. One of my favorite things is the beachfront balcony,with comfortable tall chairs to see over the railing, listening to ocean waves and gazing at the beautiful water!!! Another favorite is the comfortable beach chair service included with this condo! Last favorite is Schooners next door,casual beach vibe, super convenient and delicious food! Love Seychelles 405! This is a secure,safe,family place!
