Our 3rd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation home at beautiful Sterling Reef has a large ocean front master bedroom with a comfortable, custom made king size bed and sliding doors to your oversized ocean front balcony. What an amazing experience to open your eyes and see the emerald ocean without getting out of bed! The master bath has a large garden tub with shower and walk-in closet. A full size dresser and nightstands provide ample storage for your stay. The master bedroom also has a 4K smart TV with dvd player and Netflix. The living area has a commercial queen sleeper sofa, 55" 4K smart TV with BluRay player, Netflix, and another entrance to the balcony. Our second bedroom contains a queen size bed as well as a twin bed with another large closet and full bath. Our stocked kitchen includes granite counters, a full size refrigerator with water and ice in the door, as well as, a ceramic top stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is furnished with plates, utensils, small appliances, and coffeemaker. Our dining table seats four with space for three more at the granite bar. The washer and dryer are in an enclosed area for convenience and noise reduction. Our balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day with an amazing view of the ocean.
We have 3 4K flat screen TV's - 3 DVD players - Beach Towels - Beach Toys -Porta Crib and Beach chair /toys/towels for your use and comfort. Just in case it rains, we have board games, DVDs, playing cards books, and magazines.
Come and experience Panama City Beach! Located less than 2 miles from Pier Park which offers shopping, fun & many restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steaks, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings just to mention just a few. Additionally, many shopping options such as Dillard’s, J C Penny, Old Navy, and many, many more.

The view of the east and west coastline goes on forever and the sunsets were amazing! The owners were so responsive and wonderful to work with. We've always stayed (for years) at another condo for our yearly family vacation. When it had already booked at the time we needed, the Howard's condo came strongly recommended. Needless to say, we were not disappointed!! The owners go over the top to make their guests welcomed, supplied with EVERY need possible, and to truly make it feel like a cozy home on the beach! We just spent our second winter at this beautiful condo, escaping the cold Ontario winter. It is right on the beach and the view of the Gulf is amazing. The condo has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The owners are very accommodating and excellent to work with. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and has easy access to major highways. There is a gated parking garage and the building has onsite security 24/7. We have already booked for next year and feel very much at home every time we stay! My Response Thank you so much! We are beyond happy that you will be returning for the third year. This condo is beautifully decorated and has all of the utensils needed for a family. We had a great experience in the Howard's Condo. Our stay in this condo was amazing. It was very clean and had any and everything you could ask for. The owners were very helpful in providing us with great directions and making sure we knew where all the local dinning and attractions were.
