This is our custom built timber-frame post and beam home, built in 2006. Home is equipped with a stone fireplace, wood stove and wood planked floors. Although there is always plenty of fresh mountain air, the home was built with a custom indoor air 'Lifebreathe System' which continually rejuvenates our home with fresh, clean outdoor air 365 days a year. This non smoking home is loaded with lovely mountain decor. There is a beautiful stone fire pit surrounded by a stone patio which has a view of the mountains by day and of the spectacular ' Milky Way ' by night. This is a perfect escape for anyone.
The home is located on a private gravel road and secluded mountainside within minutes of town. It offers privacy and amazing views from virtually every room of the home. Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedroom #2 has 3 twin beds, bedroom #3 has a queen sized bed. Loft has a full size pull out sofa. House sleeps 8.
Huge deck, stone patio, fire pit and large screened in porch overlooking mountains, BBQ grill supplied. Cathedral ceilings and sunny open floor plan downstairs with living room, dining area, kitchen. Screened in porch overlooks mountain ranges. Relax and enjoy the wildlife of turkey, deer, bats, birds and the occasional black bear. Children can flip rocks and find numerous salamander and newts.

Why This Property?
This property is very special to us, as we grew up in the 1980's and 90's vacationing in my husbands parents house in Woodstock. We decided to buy the vacant land next door and build our own special timber frame home to expose our children to the beautiful nature that comes with living in a mountainside home.

Absolutely PERFECT experience with friends for the weekend. House is gorgeous and the view is insane. Very close to town and plenty of space. Can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay! Far enough off the road to get away, yet close enough to run to town when you forget something. Very clean - everything is provided for. The view says it all. We are already planning a return trip! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Woodstock. The view from the deck is breathtaking and everything is so clean and welcoming. The Colarusso's were incredibly accommodating and very helpful when I had questions throughout the weekend. When we were packing up to leave our whole group was trying to figure out the next time we could come back and stay again! My Response: Jennifer.
