About Stephanie

We live in Southern California and we were looking for a place to get away but not to far from home. The weather in the winters is amazing and we don't mind the hot summers either since we have a great pool to enjoy. This property checked all the boxes for us and we hope it will do the same for our guests.

Why This Property?

When looking for property in the desert we fell in love with the Community atmosphere in the Avondale Community. We love the view from our backyard that is on the end of the driving range which is great for people watching and have a view of the 1st hole while not having to deal with golf carts driving by all the time. My wife and I rented this property for the month of march this year. The landlords, Stephanie and Justin, were new at the rental game and had just acquired the property this year, however, they were very professional and their condo was stocked with all the amenities you could imagine. There was soft drinks in the fridge as well as beer and even wine in the wine cooler. My wife loved the kitchen, which is important since we were going to be there for a month and it made it easy to entertain our friends that live in the Palm Desert, the outdoor BBQ and bar area worked well for us, did some serious grilling. The washer and dryer as well as all the appliances were top notch, we found this condo very comfortable and homey and would rent again. Stephanie and Justin made sure we were comfortable and responded immediately to any minor problems we encountered. The Avondale Country Club is a wonderful family sized Country Club with the friendliest members I have ever met in my life. I joined the course for the month I was there, the condo comes with a golf cart that worked out great for me. Avondale is located near several golf courses that are available to the public as well. The El Paseo shopping center is always a favorite for my wife, as well as all the fine dinning in the desert. Thanks again Stephanie and Justin, we enjoyed a wonderful month in your lovely home. The Avondale Golf Club is a beautiful landscaped community with a Private Golf Club (membership options need to be discussed with the general manager) and a 24HR Guard Gate. This property is luxury with custom lighting, golf and mountain views and updates throughout. Open floor plan features 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The primary bedroom suite has an added sitting room and office with a trundle bed that provides extra sleeping if needed. Grab a book from the mini library in the office cabinets, or use your electronic devices and use the WIFI provided.
Primary suite has a flat screen TV with HD channels & HBO. The primary bed is a King Mattress. The primary suite bathroom has a jetted tub and television for a relaxing soak, Rain shower and dual sinks. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a walk-in closet.

The living room with high ceilings a stone fireplace mounted flat screen tv with HD Channels, HBO, & Golf Channel. The wall of windows looks out to the beautiful desert scape backyard with pebble tech swimming pool, waterfall, and covered patio with misters and lounge furniture. There is an outdoor kitchen with bbq and fridge as well as a gourmet interior kitchen surrounded by custom cabinets and granite countertops.
Kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances 48 inch built-in refrigerator, top of the line wolf cooktop, and bosch dishwasher. This property has all the amenities to call home with the luxury to make you feel like you are in paradise.

The Avondale Golf Club is a private 18 hole course Designed by Jimmy Hines, the Par 72, 6,782 yard championship golf course is challenging but fair for golfers of all skill levels. The challenging golf course is known for its tree lined fairways and superb playing conditions year round. A variety of membership options are available to purchase contact club for details. If your not interested in a golf membership the public play course desert willows is right down the street for your play. Home comes with a 4 seater golf cart.

A refundable damage deposit is required to hold a reservation. Landlord is responsible for water, cable TV and internet, pool and gardener services. (see notes bottom of page to explain gas & electric)
