Nestled on the top two floors of a quaint waterside building adjacent to Veronese's masterpiece, the Chiesa San Sebastiano, our comfortable apartment lends itself to very special celebrations or simply provides for a memorable holiday in this most glorious of cities!
As one of only 2 units in a detached, ancient fisherman's house, we are exposed to sunlight on all 4 sides, a rarity in Venice, and aren't privy to ambient neighbor noise, thus ensuring a very relaxing environment at all times.
A much-prized altana makes for a wonderful alternative to days spent traversing the city along charming canals and narrow alleyways, and provides for unique and spectacular rooftop views over the city's skyline. Whether used to greet the morning with a special breakfast or to toast the end of a magical day with an aperitivo, this Venetian symbol features prolifically in paintings by Canaletto and Guardi!
Inside, Murano glass chandeliers suspended from ancient beams highlight polished terrazzo floors, windows are swathed in sumptuous velvets and silks, and beds are piled high with embroidered linens; all exist harmoniously alongside a well-appointed kitchen, a sparkling bathroom with a very large walk-in shower cubicle, and countless other modern conveniences for maximum comfort and pleasure.
