The condo is completely updated with fresh ceramic tile floors, all-new tile bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets and Quartz countertops and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Appliances in the condo include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and filtered water through the door, dishwasher, electric stove, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an electric grill on the back porch. You will also enjoy the premium bedding in each of the 3 bedrooms along with high-end linens. There are 4 flat-screen televisions, 2 DVD players, a stereo system with iPod adapter, and all sorts of small kitchen appliances and cookware provided for your enjoyment.
You will find our professionally decorated condo comfortable and welcoming with lots of personality. It is just waiting for you to relax and put your feet up while watching the 55” smart 4K TV or listening to your own iPod connected to the stereo system. Bring your laptop if you have to stay “plugged in” to the real world, and log on to the free Wi-Fi service in the condo. The living room, with its large windows facing the Folly River and access to the screened porch, is open to the dining room where you will enjoy your meals at the contemporary glass-topped table with seating for six. We have a couple of folding chairs available if you have company. The adjacent kitchen offers a pass-thru to the dining room so that the cook can still enjoy the views.
The master bedroom suite welcomes you with a king-size bed with new memory foam mattress, sateen sheets and flat-screen TV as well as your own private bath and a private entrance onto the screened porch. The queen bedroom also offers a new memory foam mattress with premium bed linens, a flat-screen TV and a little reading nook. Your own private bath will provide a large, walk-in tiled shower and plush towels. The third bedroom with twin beds with new memory foam mattresses will keep the kids happy with their own flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. A third bathroom just outside this bedroom provides a full tiled shower/tub with thick towels.
The views from Turn of River #2C are truly amazing and the ocean breezes will keep you cool as you enjoy your morning coffee or perhaps an evening cocktail on the screened porch. Sunsets are spectacular and the sailboats are plentiful! Dolphins travel up and down the Folly River for your viewing pleasure and Great White Egrets and other local birds routinely fish in the tidal pool at low tide just beside the condo. You may also see a kayaking class in session or some fishing boats heading up the river for a day’s outing.
You are invited to visit the Turn of River dock to try your hand at crabbing or fishing but if that seems like too much effort, just drop in at the pool for a quick dip or a leisurely session of sunning and novel-reading in the chaise lounges. Once you begin to feel the need to venture beyond the beauty of the Folly River, you can stroll to the beach in about 10-15 minutes or take a ride on your bicycle and get there in half the time. Along the way, you can stop off for a bite to eat or take care of that “retail therapy” need in the funky little town of Folly Beach. Enjoy a stroll on the Folly Pier and see what the fisherman are catching or comb the white-sand beaches looking for that special shell to take home as a memento of your Folly Beach vacation. Of course, you can always just stretch out on your beach towels and soak up some sun and relaxation.
You will also want to drive the 8 miles into the City of Charleston for a little local culture infusion. There is truly something for everyone in Charleston, including the Straw Market where locals weave incredible grass baskets, world-class restaurants, antiquing, King Street shopping, horse and carriage rides, historic plantations, the Battery, Patriot’s Point, golf courses, outlet shopping, Charleston Harbor, ferry rides to Fort Sumter, and LOTS more.
Upon your arrival at Turn of River, you will find parking spaces in the garage on the ground floor for your use. There you can load all your gear into one of the provided carts and wheel it up on the elevator to 2C where your best-ever Folly Beach vacation is about to begin!

Just returned from my second stay at this lovely condo. Believe me, there is not a better place to spend your vacation. Everything has been thought of to assure a perfect stay. The beds,linens and towels are top quality. The kitchen has everything you will need, including a regular drip coffeemaker AND a Keurig. Just bring your coffee. The views are beautiful and you'll probably see some dolphins! The bathrooms are all beautiful and the condo will be spotless when you arrive. If you do go out for dinner, try the Glass Onion on Savannah Highway. A cool place with fantastic food!. Carolyn is a great hostess and she has made sure that you will enjoy your stay. I guarantee it 100%!
This condo is beautiful and oh so clean and comfy! I have never rented a condo, home, or cabin before that felt like my own home. The beds, pillows, linens, towels, blankets, everything was top quality! As a mom of two younger children I packed everything except the kitchen sink. This condo was well stocked with so many versatile items that I overpacked! I literally only needed to bring my beach towels! The owner, Carolyn, is a pleasure to deal with. She put great thought in every aspect of this home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a step stool that my children could use to reach the sink in their bathroom to the nightlights that would keep them from being afraid of the dark in an unfamiliar place. My boys enjoyed the use of the floats and boogie boards at the pool. I was thankful for the beach toy chest on the screened in porch where my boys entertained themselves while I enjoyed my coffee. We met the neighbor downstairs and my children enjoyed playing at the pool with her grandchildren. This is a home that we will book for years to come!
We stayed at this condo for a girlfriends getaway and it was perfect! It is very well stocked, beautifully decorated, has a great screened in porch with scenic views, the bedding is very comfortable and linens are soft. The location is super convenient to Folly Beach and Charleston. We hope to return soon!
Bob and I have stayed in this beautiful condo several times and it will likely not be our last. It feels like a high end boutique hotel room. Every room is beautifully appointed/decorated and yet it is also very comfortable and relaxing with a scenic view of the river, boats, dolphins and other wildlife. We have never been disappointed!
This is our 2nd stay at this condo. Everything is perfect...especially the view from the screened-in porch which overlooks Folly River. The owners are wonderful to work with and they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We hope to return again some day!
