Welcome to New Smyrna Beach and the Malibu, centrally located on 13 miles of magnificent hard packed beach. Be inspired with each sunrise, find peace with each sunset, and long remember the panoramic and direct ocean views. With 10 ft. ceilings & 2000 sq. ft. of living space, each room is spacious, and oversize glass doors provide ocean views from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom. We're a newer upscale building, and our luxury home is professional decorated with designer furnishings and custom tile & window treatments. You can walk, jog or bike-ride for miles, sun bathe, surf, swim and fish with views in each direction, or simple relax on our large balcony, which overlooks the ocean, pool and Jacuzzi.
We’re on the 5th floor with elevator access, and there are no steps from garage to elevator to condo, making it handicapped accessible. Stair access is also available. Grocery carts and luggage porters are stored in the common garage next to the elevators to help carry luggage & other items to the condo.
Our condo can sleep 8 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 twin roll-away beds, which are meant for children or additional guests. There is an additional $50 fee, per person over 6 guests, which comes with a Roll-Away Bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, cooking & bake ware, along with tableware.
There are plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs, sand and pool toys for your use. Our unit has a shared private garage, with storage of our beach & pool items.
We are happy to share our home with you and know you will treat our home as you would your own. We have provided all that you will need so the choice is yours; lounge by the pool or in the Jacuzzi, relax on the balcony, enjoy ocean views & sunrises, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy entertainment on the 4K HD Flat Screen TV.

Cancellations must be in writing and received by the Owner. No refund of rents paid will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, along with county tax shall be forfeited as damages. If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid for cancelled period will be refunded less a $100 service fee.
