Eric and Sheila Cargill live in Berwick, Maine. We are both semi-retired and love spending part of our Winter in Puerto Rico. We found this amazing beach front condo on Playa Azul Beach in Luquillo, PR and hope to share it with with others when we are not in PR ourselves.

Why This Property?

This is an older property spacious, with 8 foot plus high ceilings and is on the Beach. Great view and steps to the sand and warm ocean water. A jewel for beach lovers.

Unique Benefits

The beach is steps away in front of the condo. You could throw a rock and hit the water! The direct ocean view from the condo is mesmerizing day or night. You can see two light houses at night one is El Faro one of the oldest in the New World.
