Deposit Requirements

Deposit is due upon booking to hold your reservation. When you check in it become a damage deposit and is refunded a week after you depart. 50% of the rent is due 90 days prior to arrival and the balance is due 30 days prior.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel 90 days prior to arrival for a deposit refund minus a 25 admin fee. If you are withing 90 days of arrival then no cancellation unless it can be booked. If it can be booked then a full refund minus the 25 admin fee and any discounts that I have to give to get it booked

Do not hang towels over the railing.
I ask guests to follow my posted departure instructions.

Why This Property?

This is my home away from home. We do not like crowds and this piece of Santa Rosa Beach feels like a private beach. It is furnished it with quality furniture and many extras to make your stay very comfortable.

Your condo was just perfect. By far the best all-around we have stayed in and we have stayed in many in the area. It felt very much like home to us. We are very picky about comfort, convenience, and style, all of which exceeded our expectations. This condo is beautifully decorated everywhere. That balcony space is great for outdoor living. Thank you for your southern hospitality as well. Hope to stay here again sometime soon, had a awesome time.

We loved our stay at this condo. Beautifully decorated beach front condo. Location is great. We rode our bikes down 30-A to Seaside and had lunch, about 5 miles. Highly recommend booking 407 San Remo.

All new furniture and bedding throughout the condo in 2018. The bathrooms were remodeled in 2018. Kitchen remodeled with new stainless appliances in 2019.
Enjoy Gulf views from this 3 bedroom, two bath, condo that sleeps 8. It is a very short walk from the condo down to the beach. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle. The sofa in the living room is a queen pull out sleeper. The condo is located on the fourth (top) floor. The large private balcony (350 sq ft) overlooks the pool, private pond, and Gulf of Mexico. The condo unit has 1360 sq ft and is located on Santa Rosa Beach. The complex sets back a little because of the pond. This gives a lot of privacy to the balcony of the condo. San Remo is gated for security. It also features a large pool side community room with full kitchen available for meeting, reunions, wedding receptions, etc. There is also an exercise room available with new equipment. We are located just half a mile from Gulf Place shopping and a couple miles from Grayton Beach. The condo is professionally decorated with beautiful furniture, art,and oriental rugs. Our patio is furnished with furniture that has made it an outdoor living area. It is very comfortable and relaxing!

When you are not enjoying the beautiful beaches, you are just a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Challenging golf is available at Santa Rosa Country Club. San Remo is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as the Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahunna water park, fishing, dolphin cruises, roller coaster rides, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest shopping mall in the southeast).

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master with private bathroom, a king bed (second bedroom) and adjoining bath. Twin beds are in the 3rd bedroom. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.

Beach Service ( an umbrella and 2 chairs) is included in the rent from March 1 to Oct 31, a 40 per day value. 30-A has 18 miles of bike path. The Beach service also rents bikes, Paddle boards and kayaks on location.
