The Willow Tree Cottage – Cancellation Policy.
A rental cancellation is usually coupled with an unintended change of plans, and is often accompanied by unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances. For that reason we try to be as fair as possible when it comes to cancellations. When you pay for a rental, the dates of your stay are blocked in the system and all prospective renters are informed of its unavailability. Also, any who have made inquiries are notified that the dates are no longer available. For this reason, the potential rental is greatly diminished, particularly when the cancellation is made close to the date of occupancy. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
A cancellation fee of $100 is charged if the rent is cancelled on or before the 30th day prior to your scheduled arrival.
We provide a 75% refund if cancellation is made on or before the 15th day to the 29th day prior to your scheduled arrival.
We provide a 50% refund if cancellation is made on or before the 7th day to the 14th day prior to your scheduled arrival.
We provide a 25% refund if cancellation is made in the week prior to your scheduled visit.
No refund is made if cancellation is not requested prior to 4:30PM on your arrival date.
