Wonderful 3 bedroom 2 full bath townhome just across the street from the sugar white sands and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico!
Just one flight of stairs brings you to our Key-less entry & into this sparkling clean, tropically decorated home w/an open floor plan on the first floor including the fully equipped Kitchen w/beautiful granite counter tops, smooth top stove, fridge/freezer w/ice maker, dishwasher, over the range microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot...everything you need to make wonderful meals!
Plenty of granite counter space for creating and consuming those wonderful meal separate the Kitchen from the Living room with seating for 6-8 at the breakfast bar.
The bright and welcoming Living room is furnished w/comfortable leather furniture that can seat 6-8. A large screen smart TV equipped w/cable, bluray, & wifi is mounted on the living room wall and under that you will find an electric fireplace along w/a shelf full of board games! The living room also has a small balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. It is furnished with a small table and two chairs, perfect for a quiet breakfast before the kids get up! If you look to the left you can also spot the Gulf of Mexico between the buildings across the street!
In the entry hall you will a cubby full of beach towels and a few beach sheets! If you choose to use them please wash and return them before check out.
Just down the hall you will find the Shell Bedroom, furnished w/a queen sized bed, a smart TV and also it's own private entrance into the full main floor bath room. In the closet of this bedroom you will also find a pack and play that can be set up inside of the closet!
Upstairs you will find the large Master Bedroom w/a private balcony furnished w/two chairs, our favorite place to have our morning coffee! This small balcony overlooks the pool and lagoon and has a partial gulf view. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, a wicker vanity & stool, and it's own large screen TV. In the closet you will find another pack and play, child safety gate, and nursery monitor. Under the bed you will find two flip out single mattresses suitable for children. The Master also has it's own private entrance into the sink area of the upstairs bathroom.
The upstairs bath is actually two separate rooms, w/the tub/toilet being in one, and the sink being in the other! So practical..almost like having another 1/2 bath!
On the other side of the bathroom you will find the Bunk Room which has a set of twin bunk beds and a comfortable queen sized bed. This room easily sleeps four! It also has it's own TV!
In the hall separating the upstairs bedrooms you will also find the full sized washer and dryer!
**We provide all high quality linens & towels, along w/using 100% cotton quilts on each bed. Extra pillows/blankets are located in the closets.
Parking spaces for 2-3 cars is under our unit where you will also find a cold water shower for rinsing off the beach sand, a gas grill, and a storage closet full of beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, and skim/boogie boards! All exclusively for our guests!
The Sands is a small 16 unit complex with mostly owner occupied units. It has a nice pool surrounded by palms and lounge chairs.
We are about 80 steps away from the beach board walk. Just cross the street w/in the safety cross walk and you are at the public beach access where restrooms and outdoor showers are conveniently located!

We love the authentic beach town feel of The Sands! It is a small mostly owner occupied complex which makes it very uncrowded & safe! We also love the location, so close to everything!

Unique Benefits
Our townhome is very easy to reach by taking Windmill Ridge road which makes avoiding most of the beach blvd traffic possible! We are w/in walking distance to The Hangout, Bahama Bobs, and many other restaurants and shops.

We stayed here last week for our second time. Both times we have stayed here it has been fabulous! very clean ! Love the location and that it is just a few minute walk to the beach. It is great to have two bathrooms, a kitchen, and balconies. Everytime we used the pool it was very clean and not busy. Having a kitchen was great so that we could make alot of meals ourself to save on money with eating out. Highly rec. this place!

We came down on Monday morning Sept 24th, 2018 and absolutely LOVE this condo. It is well supplied with everything including a pack N Play that fits in the closet of the main floor bedroom. We have 3 babies with us under 2 years of age and were thrilled with how close everything is and how beautiful this condo is decorated. So far this week we have been the only people using the pool, talk about private. The pool is clean and the chairs and lounges are very comfortable. It is a short walk across the street to the public beach WITH restrooms Also important with the 2 toddlers we have with us. THANK YOU Rachel Sauder this place is PERFECT!
