This one bedroom is the perfect place to stay while in Kauai. Newly renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy and relax. This gem with a spectacular ocean view is only a 100 yards to beautiful sandy Lawai Beach. If relaxing is your plan our newly renovated pool nestled in our tropical garden will not disappoint.

Lawai Beach and Beach House Restaurant is directly across the street.

Less than 1 1/2 miles to Spouting Horn Park, National Botanical Gardens, Poipu Beach, Poipu Shopping Village, and historic Koloa Town.

Half mile walk to Shops At Kukuiula where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at Merriman's Fish House, Starbucks, or and evening ice cream treat at Lappert's.

You are steps away from Lawai Beach one of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches around Poipu. Prince Kuhio Resort has beautiful tropical gardens and a wonderful pool that will make you feel like you are on vacation Hawaiian style. Resort amenities include private resort pool, free garage parking, laundry room, BBQ area in the tropical gardens, bike racks, and Koi ponds.

Our Prince Kuhio 205 is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom condo with luxury king bed and new fold out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is totally refurbished and just like new! Our location is ideally situated on the 2nd floor and provides great tropical park views with palm trees and ocean views. The bedroom has a new luxury king size bed with large louvered doors for great ventilation and fresh air. The living room includes a flat screen TV but why watch that when you have great ocean views, mountain views, park views and sunrise views! You can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean from the bedroom at night! Our fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to create a gourmet meal, tropical drinks and more. The kitchen is well stocked with wine glasses glasses, dishes, cookware, dish towels, and storage ware . Quality bed linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and board, even some beach gear are provided for your convenience and comfort. The Kukuiula Outdoor Mall is just a short walk from Prince Kuhio Resort with it's many shops and restaurants + don't forget the Farmer's Market that takes place every Wed between 4-6pm.

There are so many beautiful areas to walk or jog with ocean views, including the "Spouting Horn" and the Botanical Gardens just 1 short mi from PK. Several golf courses are a short distance from the condo and you will find our location is a great home base to come back to after a day of exploring the island. To sum it up you probably won't have time enough to do and see all you want in one visit, and if you are like us, it will be a place that woos you back year after year.
