We currently live in Vancouver, Canada. We went to Arizona on a trip and fell in love with the Arizona sun. We purchased this townhome as a vacation property to escape the winter weather.
Why This Property?
We love this property as it is close to everything !! We enjoy going to Westgate for hockey, football, shopping and entertainment. This area offers the best of everything there is to do in Phoenix year round.

Being 5 minutes away from Westgate, Cardinal Staduim and Jobbing arena. Boating, fishing, swimming, watching wildlife, tennis, golf, hiking and all the amenities that the greater Phoenix area has to offer.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Glendale. Everything we needed was in the townhouse. Alison was very easy to work with; answered emails promptly. Nice area, easy access to freeway. Close to lots of parks for great hiking. We'll definitely be back. Only drawback was I was hoping to have my 94 year old father there for a visit, but didn't realize that there is no bathroom on the first floor. That should probably be added to the description. But overall a great time was had.

Stay in Alison's condo for the month, very convenient to the highways and lots of shopping and restaurants. She was very easy to work with concerning the booking which we appreciated as we were in opposite sides of the continent. Loved the wireless availability but not able to see the Olympics as much as we wished we could as the reception was not the best. Very comfortable for the month. Thank you for renting to us
