Our 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home is a short walk to the beach! Our home will provide you with the comfort and amenities needed for a perfect getaway. The floor plan has an open concept living room and kitchen. The spacious living room has a brand new 50' flat screen TV with DVD player, cable package included. Log online with free Wi-Fi.
The Master bedroom has a brand new memory foam queen size bed and 32' flat screen TV. Plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. Attached is a master bath with tub/shower and plenty of counter sink space and drawers.
The second bedroom has a twin bed with bunk bed and dresser/closet. Third bedroom has a full bed with new memory foam topper with TV. Includes a connecting bathroom with shower.
The kitchen area includes all the conveniences of home, new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, full sized dishwasher, brand new built in microwave and over, center island cook top, wrap-around bar area for casual dining, seats 6, as well as a dining room table with chairs.
Full laundry with side by side washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the wrap around deck, which spans the entire front and side of the house. Plenty of chairs and table for outside dining.
A GOLF CART is provide (FREE) for easy access to the pools and beach with private beach front parking. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART. A savings in over $300!
We rent our home Saturday to Saturday, if you need a shorter vacation stay please contact me to discuss further details. We asks that you provide your own paper products and garbage bags. We provide linens and towels for the home. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.
A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT is due at booking. NO PETS.
