We have returned home safe and wanted to let you know that everything at the house was great. My son and his girlfriend were able to join us for a few days and they also thought the house was perfect to relax and spend some family time. Dave from your management company came and took care of the door lock and started the pool heater for us. What a nice gentleman. He spoke very highly of you and your husband and said it was too bad we haven't had a chance to meet you. Maybe someday. I just wanted to say thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home. We are hoping to be able to stay there next year maybe in May next time
we loved stay in that house! Everything was perfect and it was better than we hoped!
First of all the communication with the owner has been amazing. Any questions we had she answered very swiftly and she was such a sweet person to speak with. The property was so much more that we could have hoped for. Everything was clean, and all the rooms were comfortable. It was so close to Disney that after a long day at the park we did not have to travel far to get back to relaxation. The Xbox was a hit with my son, and we had to convince him everyday to stop playing so that we could leave. I would absolutely recommend this home and hope it is available the next time we go on vacation to Florida. Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
An immaculately presented villa at a great location between Tampa and Orlando and close to local shops and amenities. The communication with Carla both to book her villa and during our stay was amazing. She and her local manager dealt with all our questions and requests kindly, swiftly and efficiently, making us feel welcomed and looked after all the time. We highly recommend Carla’s villa for a perfect stay. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers
Everything with renting this Villa was as smooth as possible. The Villa is nice, size is perfect even if not using every bedroom, loving the pool ! There is only a short drive to the different parks and malls. Owner is quick to answer any questions that might come up.
