Unit is one bedroom/one bath with a bunk room, dining area, living room an complete kitchen. Stylish bedroom has a queen size bed with a 32'TV and ceiling fan. There is a bunk room with a twin over full bed.
The very roomy living area has a queen size sleeper sofa and a new 50" LCD TV. All this and a view of the gulf from the comforts of the living room. Patio doors open up unto the deck leading to the beaches. Dining is in a breeze with the fully equipped kitchen. Full size refrigerator w/ice maker, a new smooth top range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and everthing provided from the pots & pans, dishes and glassware, silverware and cooking utensils.
Bath has a large vanity area with a combo shower/tub. All towels and linens are provided.
Location of the gated Sunbird community is perfect. It is close to many restaurants, shopping, super Walmart, mini golf and family recreation centers, Zoo, Ripleys Believe it or Not, Wonderworks and much more. There are 3 swimming pools and one is heated for year round use. An on site fitness room is now open for guest.
There is a laundry room on ground floor of each building for your use.
There are picnic tables and grills near pools for a cook-outs and picnics
