- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
May cancel 60 days prior to check in (excluding holidays) but incur $150 fee. If cancel within 60 days of check in or during any holiday period there is no refund and all rental fees are due. Every effort will be made to rebook the property. If that occurs refund will be made less $150 fee.

We chose this property because of the views from inside the house. While it is surrounded it trees, it is just 2 minute drive to Chickasaw Trail which leads you to Turner Falls, etc.
