This secluded santa Barbara spanish style type villa estate is in an exclusive section of Clearwater. It is peaceful, quiet and secluded and still near everything. It has its own pool and tennis courts. There is room for people to stay comfortably, with a huge gourmet kitchen, and 1,250sf Great Room for meetings, 2 wood burning fireplaces, Pool Tennis Courts, Woods, Lots of Space Near Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants and lots of Fun! It feels like another world! Our service is to just give you what you want and exceed your expectations! This stunning 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom 2 car garage home is a property like no other that can sleep up to 15 and even more. The stunning clay brick circular driveway with custom inlaid romance brick lighting welcomes you as you pull up to the home. It has a gorgeous villa romance setting one of a kind, roof, made of the best, new South American Altusa brand clay tiled barrels! Entering the home you will immediately feel the relaxing impact of the pool along with the spacious and open floorplan, that allows the kitchen, family and dining rooms all to interact around each other. There are beautiful hardwood floors and tile around the kitchen, family and dining rooms that also have the sliding glass doors that open to the incredible enclosed pool lanai area. The spacious open-ended gourmet kitchen, great for all your entertainment and hospitality needs is the focal point in the house featuring oak wood cabinets and auto-close draws, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island and bar top.
