Why This Property?
We love the beach here. There is a surfing beach a few minutes walk away and we love the saltwater heated pool. The historic town of San Jose del Cabo is a few minutes drive or bus ride away. We love the colonial feel, the local art walk and the beautiful square. One of our favorite restaurants Sardinia Cantina is just up the hill along the highway not much for atmosphere but the food is aweso

Unique Benefits
We have a large outside patio which extends the size of the condo and has a great bbq grill. When we are here this is where we have breakfast and dinner and often just sit and relax or read. The beach in front of the complex is wide and sparsely populated. Since this is a property owned by homeowners and a low density beach property you can find a private spot to just look at the ocean or play

This is a lovely unit that feels like home. The patio area is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise or the evening hours for the sunset. Everything is clean and neat and updated in the condominium and the La Jolla premises are beautiful. My brother and wife and I just had a wonderful week's stay. Will be staying there again for certain if available.
