We have 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 bunkbeds (twin over full) to make sure that you have a comfortable and relaxing place to rest after a day of hiking, boating, or sightseeing.
The backyard is completely fenced and private, with lots of lush, green grass for your kids or pups to run around on. We are high school sweethearts and have been married 13 years. We have strong ties in the community and both work locally. Brandon is a wildland firefighter and I am a bank teller. We love everything that the southern Utah area has to offer, and have chosen to raise our family right here in Kanab!

Why This Property?
The house was built in 1956, and when we bought it, we knew it had lots of potential to really shine. We have spent the last 11 years putting our mark on every square foot of the house, including planting sod and lots of remodeling!
