Why This Property?
We live overseas and come home each summer to visit family in Bradenton. We purchased this lovely condo for its location and amenities. We love walking just across the street to walk and swim at the beach in the morning or to watch the sun set in the gulf in the evening. We enjoy taking our coffee or a glass of wine in the screened lanai overlooking the small lagoon where the egrets chase fish.

We love walking just across the street to walk and swim at the beach in the morning or to watch the sun set in the gulf in the evening. We enjoy taking our coffee or a glass of wine in the screened lanai overlooking the small lagoon where the egrets chase fish. We enjoy swimming in the largest pool on Anna Maria Island. I like the idea that I may get ambitious enough to work out in the weight room or play tennis on the tennis courts! It's a lovely and comfortable property, and we love staying here. I know you will too!
