I am a home builder and also have rental property. My family has lived in the Columbia area for over 30 years. My 3 kids all graduated from MU. I am active in my church and my Kiwanis Club.

Why This Property?

I chose this property because of it's location and being a builder was able to totally rebuild it. We have a nice historical museum, great bike trails, a cave in Rock Bridge State Park, several festivals through the year (see at Columbia Chamber of Commerce) including an air show. We have lakes and the Missouri river with in an hours drive. Isle of Capri Casino is 30 minutes away. And of cour ... more +

The house located in a quiet area (sometimes the cows are in the pasture across the road), so if you are looking for some quiet time but with-in 5 or 10 minutes of downtown give this a try.
