Start your day watching the waves and seagulls while having your morning coffee on the deck. Then you can take your seat in the Great Room dining area and delight in the breakfast creations coming from the fully equipped kitchen. Afterwards, you might decide to take a stroll on the miles of beach just outside your door. And so it goes, another day of slowing down and relaxing is off to an impressive beginning. And, if you just can’t quite totally disconnect, a Wireless Broadband connection allows you to keep in touch.
The Master bedroom has a King bed. One bedroom has a Queen bed. Another has two double beds set up in a bunk bed configuration along with a twin bed; the fourth bedroom doubles as a sitting room and has a couch with a pull-out double size bed.
Villa by the Breakers is a luxury rental and will appeal to discerning travelers who want to spend their beach vacation in comfort. Our home has everything needed to help you enjoy your vacation. The Great Room has a large, well-stocked kitchen that features a new stove with double ovens, a new dishwasher, a new refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave and all the pots, pans and utensils you might need. Best of all, wherever you are in the Great Room, you won’t miss out on a minute of ocean viewing. Windows and skylights abound in this bright well appointed room. A double Fireplace adds to the charm while a newly installed hardwood floor completes the ambiance of this magnificent space. The comfortable chairs in front of the Fireplace invite you to relax with a good book and a glass of your favorite wine.
Walk through a door by the fireplace and you are in your dining room. A large pecan wood table comfortably seats 8 people. While dining, you won’t miss the beautiful sunset as there are many windows providing beach and ocean vistas. If you are dining after sunset you can use the fireplace and the controllable lighting to create an intimate dining atmosphere.
A large Entertainment Room provides a place to play the many Board Games that are in your game closet or perhaps a jigsaw puzzle if that is your preference. If television watching is your desire, a 59 inch Samsung Plasma HDTV is paired up with Comcast Cable, a Digital Video Recorder and a Blu-Ray player to create a video system that is more than capable of satisfying the most discerning videophile. There are two beautiful leather couches and a large leather chair that provide a very comfortable seating arrangement. For the youngsters (and the young at heart) there is an arcade video game that offers numerous video games to test your skill.
A spiral staircase from the Master Bath takes you up to an enclosed Hot Tub room with views of the ocean and a private deck as well. There is also a spiral staircase down from the full bath on the Great Room level.
You have a clothes Washer and Dryer available for your use and a two car garage to keep your car out of the salt air. Pets are not allowed and this is a smoke free home.

The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 45 days before check-in.
If you cancel your reservation on or before 30 days prior to your planned arrival date, your second payment of will be refunded ... more +
If you cancel your reservation on or before 30 days prior to your planned arrival date, your second payment of will be refunded in full. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the cleaning fee and damage/cleaning deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the second payment rental amount, plus tax. If we are able to re-book the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate.
Within 30 days after your departure, we will refund the damage/cleaning deposit, less any amount required to cover excessive cleaning or repairs for damages (other than normal wear and tear) that occur during your visit.

The property also must not be occupied at any time, for any reason, by different people than you have specified when the guest contact information was sent to us. Variations in either number the number of people or their identities must be approved prior to your arrival.
3. You will not allow dogs, cats, or other pets onto the property.
4. Smoking of any substance is not permitted inside the house nor is it allowed anywhere on the property. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.
5. Neither you nor your guests will use illegal drugs on the property.
6. You will take care not to play excessively loud music or otherwise create a nuisance to the neighbors.
7. There are a total of 8 remotes in the house. It is your responsibility to make sure those controls remain at the house.
8. The house has an ample supply of beach towels. If towels are missing after your departure, you will be assessed a charge of $40.00 per towel.
9. The house will be clean when you arrive, and it should be neat and orderly when you leave. You will be provided with a departure checklist that you may use to make sure you leave the house in an acceptable manner. If the house requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged and money will be withheld from your damage/cleaning deposit.
10. You will notify us promptly of any damage or problems that arise.
Reviews
We've been going to Westport at least once a summer for 14 years, staying at various home rentals as well as Westport by the Sea condos. This house was by far the nicest we've stayed in: the owners have done a fantastic job in keeping it up-to-date, clean, and utilitarian. You never know what kind of weather you're going to get, and we had a great mix of going out for wonderful walks on the beach, surfing at Westhaven, and making a few trips to the marina, and staying in for board and card games, watching movies, making music, cooking up some great meals, reading, and overall having great family time. The view from the main upstairs - kitchen, living area, dining room, and deck - is just phenomenal - as good a view, and as close to the beach, as any property around. The separate entertainment area - with a nice A/V system - was outfitted very comfortably and was separate enough from the main living area so as not to be too noisy. The hot tub was a very nice plus, and the bedroom with a bunk bed plus an additional single worked great for our 3 kids. Even the garage worked out great - we've had to unpack or pack in the rain and wind on past trips, and being able to unload and load inside a clean garage was super nice - the weather cooperated this time so it wasn't critical, but I can see it being a great bonus when the rain is coming down. For anyone coming, the only advice I'd give isn't really specific to this property but for any trip to Westport: (1) bring all your groceries with you (we loaded up at Whole Foods and PCC in Seattle before we left) except go to Merino's for fantastic smoked salmon and fresh seafood, and (2) be prepared for all kinds of weather - you can always go for a walk on the beach, but you may be wearing clothes you'd normally wear to Stevens or Crystal.
This place is fantastic! We stayed for a fishing trip and this place exceeded all expectations. And it's great when you have owners who care enough about your stay to call when they heard our trip was cancelled due to weather. Marty and Sandy are great and we would definitely bring our families back to this great place. It has everything you need...great spaces, loads of games and toys, a great family room, and very nice appliances and finishes. Marty and Sandy really love is place and it shows! Now we love it too.Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
This is a beautiful beach front home! The beach is literally 100 feet away! To get there is a little steep right by the beach but even my 2 year old could navigate it with a little help. The home is very clean and bright! The many warnings about the new hardwood floors, which were beautiful, had us a little on edge. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. However, the electric barbecue on the deck did not cook well. It never got very warm and ended up taking about 40 minutes to cook hamburgers. There are a lot of short stair cases leading to the 3 levels, but the views out of every window more than make up for that! There were a few extra steps to rent this beautiful home than we're used to, but in the end the fun and relaxing time we had in Westport more than made up for that! My only caution would be to any with small children. As I said, there are many staircases and they are impossible to block. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home! It was the perfect place to celebrate an important birthday!
